Wexpro Labs privacy notice.
This notice explains the limited information used to understand site performance, measure the workflow-mapping funnel, respond to messages, and schedule calls.
Plain-language summary: Wexpro Labs does not sell website visitor data. Funnel measurement excludes booking names, email addresses, meeting links, booking identifiers, titles, and appointment times.
Website analytics
What the site measures.
Aggregate visits and performance
Cloudflare Web Analytics reports page visits, referrer categories, device and browser categories, and performance measurements. Cloudflare describes this product as privacy-first analytics that does not collect or use visitors’ personal data.
First-party funnel events
Wexpro records page views, workflow-mapping CTA clicks, booking-widget readiness or failure, and successful booking creation. These events include the page path, CTA and workflow labels, allowlisted UTM campaign fields supplied in the URL, referrer hostname, and a random session-scoped identifier. The endpoint accepts events only on the production hostname.
What funnel events exclude
The first-party event dataset does not store booking names, email addresses, booking identifiers, meeting titles, appointment times, or video-call URLs. It does not store the visitor’s IP address or user-agent string as an event field.
Retention: first-party funnel events are written to Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, whose documented data-retention period is three months. Attribution and the random identifier are also held in browser session storage and expire with the browser session.
Bookings and messages
Information you choose to send.
- Calendar: the workflow-mapping page embeds Cal.com. Information entered into the scheduler is processed by Cal.com and Wexpro Labs to arrange and manage the meeting. The scheduler also receives the workflow and CTA labels plus any allowlisted UTM campaign fields, landing path, and referrer hostname carried into the booking page; full landing-query strings and advertising click identifiers are not sent.
- Email: if you email Wexpro Labs, the message, address, and information you include are used to respond and maintain the resulting business conversation.
- Purpose: booking and message information is used for scheduling, communication, workflow assessment, and related service discussions—not for selling visitor data.
- Third-party terms: Cal.com’s handling of scheduler data is described in its privacy policy.
