# Workflow automation pilot metrics and scorecard

- Team hours returned = (manual minutes per case multiplied by verified no-touch completions minus exception-review minutes) divided by 60.
- Cost per verified completion = total measured run cost divided by verified completions.

Runtime is elapsed system time, not labor saved. Excluded cases should remain visible beside failures and completions so a narrow eligible case set cannot inflate the reported result.

Increase volume only after the pre-agreed quality, coverage, safety, labor, and cost thresholds hold for the chosen measurement window and every remaining exception has an explicit owner.
